Straight Street Bridge Model

Wood and metal scale model inspired by the Straight Street Bridge in Paterson, New Jersey. This project explores structural balance, material contrast, and the translation of a real-world industrial landmark into a hand-built form. By combining rigid metal elements with crafted wood components, the model highlights the bridge’s utilitarian design while emphasizing precision, proportion, and physical construction.

Geometric Bloom

My recent project, "Geometric Bloom" was created for a product design class, showcasing my creativity through the clever use of repetition, casting mesmerizing shadows in all directions. Drawing inspiration from both organic and geometric forms, this project emphasizes the importance of user experience and showcases impressive 3D skills; exploring the intersection of art and design.

Fever Dream

Introducing "Fever Dream": a captivating project featuring a dream journal compiled over 50 days, creatively presented in pill capsules with printed dream strips. This was a dream journal that I recorded over 50 days put into a final form. I used Adobe InDesign to make a fake prescription label, and printed each of my 50 dreams out onto strips of paper, and put them inside pill capsules. This piece was meticulously crafted to create a surreal visual for the user.

Mermaid Tail

My recent project, "Mermaid Tail," was created out of reed and tissue paper. Drawing inspiration from the beloved movie "The Little Mermaid," this piece encapsulates childhood nostalgia and imagination; mixing artistry and storytelling.

Product Design Poster

Showcasing my adaptive grip attachment for kitchen tongs, created for users with limited hand strength. The layout highlights materials, dimensions, and orthographic views, illustrating how the Velcro grip functions both as a handle and a closure for simple storage.

Zine

This piece is a draft of a zine created on Adobe InDesign inspired by the show Euphoria. This passion project taught me how to experimentation with the show's aesthetics, reflecting my commitment to creativity and diverse mediums.

Contour Portrait

This piece is a whimsical cartoonish self portrait. The goal was to expose the contour lines and dimension in a human face without shading.

Death Did Us Part

This piece is a unique showcase of the art of hyper-realism through a personal rendition of Tim Burton's Corpse Bride, that I created for my summer drawing class at UCLA. I explored how skeletal bones and joints were intricately pieced together to bring this vision to life in a careful display of creativity and craftsmanship.

Gossip Section

This piece showcases thought-provoking portraits of Priscilla Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Princess Diana, intertwined with analog media snippets to illustrate the impact of media on their lives. I aimed to explore the intersection of art and societal commentary with a captivating piece that challenges perceptions and sparks meaningful conversations.

Euphoria

This piece is a thought-provoking mixed media collage that challenges the romanticized portrayal of drug use in the media. Through a powerful compilation of famous deaths from drug use, this work aims to spark conversation and awareness surrounding this often-glamorized issue.

Video Essay

I created this video essay while studying at the University of Pennsylvania, analyzing Tim Burton's claymation films through Marshall McLuhan's concept of "the medium is the message".

I edited the piece using digital video tools, incorporating graphics, pacing, and audio design to demonstrate how medium and technique reinforce narrative atmosphere.
